  • Maintain high standard of customer service
  • Monitor production output, product quality and on-time delivery
  • Recruit, manage and develop plant staff
  • Collect and analyze data in order to increase efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal regulations and company policies
  • Oversee labor relations in a union environment
  • Maintain site assets and optimize equipment life cycle
  • Forecast labor requirements
