Production & Operations
These jobs take you to the heart of the action- the plant floor. You will monitor and maintain the manufacturing processes to make the chemicals, fuels, and plastics that go on to become products we use everyday - from your phone case to soles of your shoes. You might start off as a Process Technician or Shipment Loader and work your way to being a First Line Supervisor or Production Manager.
Production and Operation jobs include starting, operating, tending to and cleaning machines. This may include inspections of products and machines to ensure high quality. You might also operate machinery or troubleshoot production line machinery and computers.
