Performance began as a merit shop general industrial contractor in 1979. Since then, we’ve grown to provide full-service construction through all phases of the industrial construction process—from site prep through start-up. Performance serves a wealth of industries – from chemical and power, to automotive and refinery – with construction, turnaround, and maintenance services that put safety and quality at the forefront of every project and decision. For more than 40 years, we’ve been serving clients with safe, quality-driven industrial construction. It’s come from a process that’s taken hard work, dedication and a focus on building the best company that we could. As we’ve continued to grow our company the right way, we’ve added services and job completions to our resume all to support two key beliefs—safety is the most important part of every job and quality work sets our work apart.

Social Impact

Performance Contractors began honoring RED Fridays in 2020 to Remember Everyone Deployed. By encouraging all employees to wear red on Friday, we strive to honor all military members deployed and their families at home. A portion of all Performance RED merchandise sold in the company store were donated to the USO totaling $3,500 in 2020.
